I love Asian food but had enough of eating Chinese takeout and feeling sick the next day! A question to Chinese restaurants. Why so much grease and salt? Asian flavors are delicious and fragrant and need not be masked with monosodium glutamate!
Homemade asian food is the kind of food you can eat many bowls of and actually feel good about yourself the next day. Give it a shot. Make your own Asian food. You’d be surprised how delicious your next stir fry will taste provided you stick to fresh ingredients, a hot wok, and very little salt.
