Earlier this week, my mom, her co-worker Chef Cliff, and I met up at the NY Fancy Food Show. Our good friends from Ann Arbor, The Deschaines, represented Al Dente Pasta at the Food Show; a most vibrant and colorful booth full of pasta!

| Food Sampling |
This was my first food show, so I was fortunate to bump into Food Show Veterans, Alma Schneider of Take Back the Kitchen and her lovely friend Julie Rosenberg. In this short interview, Alma and Julie gave me a few pointers about the art of food sampling. The take away? Don’t eat bread, alternate the sweet and savory, AND wear comfortable shoes.
