Nutella and Banana Stuffed French Toast with Strawberries

When it comes to Mother's Day breakfast, you have to go big or go home. So why make french toast, when you can make nutella and banana stuffed french toast, topped off with fresh strawberries and maple syrup! Enjoy
Ingredients
3 large eggs
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
8 slices brioche bread (sliced about ¾″ thick)
4 tablespoons Nutella
2 bananas sliced thin
1 tablespoon butter
Optional: Powdered sugar and fresh strawberries sliced
Your favorite syrup
Instructions
Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
Quickly dip each side of bread in mixture
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, add the bread pieces and cook ONLY ONE SIDE of each piece of bread for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown
Then take out the bread pieces and
Spread ½ TB of nutella and sliced bananas onto each cooked side only
Then combine two pieces of bread to make sandwiches (make sure inside pieces of sandwich are the cooked sides, and outside pieces are still wet sides with mixture)
Then melt more butter and cook the french toast sandwich to the heated pan and cook 2 minutes and flip and cook another 2 minutes or until golden brown on each side
Top with fresh sliced strawberries and sprinkle berries with powdered sugar, top the french toast with with maple syrup.
