We learned at Saltbox Farm that fresh, homemade salsas don’t have to be complicated to be delicious. Here’s a green salsa we made. Pick the ripest tomatoes you can find, roast your tomatoes until the skins are charred, add some heat, some salt, and you’re good to go!
- 4 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Jalapeno
- Salt to taste
- Char the tomatoes and jalapeno.
- Puree in a food processor with salt to taste.
