Snap Your Ladyfingers

We did some Italian Baking at the wonderful Saltbox Farm and this time we made ladyfingers. Baking in general requires work. I wish you could snap your LADY fingers :) and produce a homemade cookie, but it doesn’t happen that way. There are steps involved, flour all over your kitchen counter, kneading dough, and cleanup is merciless. To be a baker requires patience. But if you stick this recipe out delicious ladyfingers you produce;  light, fluffy, and crispy on the outside. Enjoy!
