Pan Fried Salmon with Lemon and Dijon

This pan fried salmon is simple to make and mouth-watering delicious. Add asparagus, and you have one flavorful, filling dinner.
Ingredients
  • two pieces of salmon about one inch thick
  • whole lemon
  • 1 TB fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 TB Dijon mustard
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • asparagus
  • 1 TB olive oil
Instructions
  1. Make a sauce of lemon juice, crushed garlic, dijon, fresh thyme and salt and pepper
  2. Heat up olive oil in pan medium heat
  3. Add salmon skin side down and ladle sauce on top of fish
  4. Add asparagus to pan
  5. Lower heat to medium low and cover pan.
  6. Check in about 6 minutes, and make sure fish is cooked to 145 degrees.
  7. Fish is done in about 6-10 minutes total time.
