Fresh salsas don't have to be complicated to be delicious. Pick the ripest, sweetest tomatoes you can find, roast your tomatoes, add some heat, some salt, and you made a little Mexican fiesta in a bowl.
Ingredients
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Char the tomatoes and jalapeno.
  2. Puree in a food processor with salt to taste.
